Why doesn’t my username and password work?

If you have not ordered with us since July 2022, go to app.sharpdots.com and click the link Forgot User Name/Password link to reset your login credentials. Please call 626-599-9696 or email us at service@sharpdots.com if you need assistance.

 

How do I place a repeat order?

To reorder a job, login to app.sharpdots.com and navigate to Print/My Print Orders. On the My Print Orders page, select from the dropdown menu to view current, completed or canceled orders. Click the Show Orders List button and click the Reorder Icon in the left most column of the list. Select Add above products to cart and click the Re-order all items button to add an order to your cart and checkout. To view more information about a past order, Click your Order ID number to see order details, review artwork and download invoices.

For access to orders placed prior to July 2022, please fill out our Print Reorder Request Form.

 

How do I review my quote before placing an order?

You will receive and email with a link to login to app.sharpdots.com when you request a quote. Click the link to login and navigate to My Quotes and click the Order button to review your quote before placing an order.

 

What if I have special instructions or a PO Number for my order?

Please enter PO numbers or text notes at Checkout in the Order Information screen under Order Options/Order Notes.

 

What if I have an order that needs to be rushed?

Please call or email us if your job has tight turnaround time at 626-599-9696 or service@sharpdots.com.

 

How do I submit artwork?

Login to app.sharpdots.com, under Print, select a product, select your specifications, and upload your Artwork by clicking the Upload button on the product page and selecting your press ready PDF. Upload your Artwork as a single PDF with multiple pages. Please review our Print Specifications page for information on preparing press ready files.

 

What shipping should I choose?

At Checkout, on the Select Shipping Method screen, select the Shipping option. Select Single Shipment or Split Shipping. Enter or select your shipping address(es) and click continue. Select your Shipping Method. If selecting Fedex, select your service type. Continue to the Order Information screen to review your order total with shipping and tax before entering your payment information.

If you select Split Shipping, select a shipping address and shipping method for each item. Add additional addresses on the Split shipping screen by clicking Add New Address or select previously entered addresses to your account by clicking the address dropdown menu for each item listed in Split Shipping.

 

Can I pick up my order?

At Checkout, on the Select Shipping Method screen, select the Will Call option. Orders can be picked up at our production facility from 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday-Friday, located at 3733 San Gabriel River Parkway, Unit B, Pico Rivera, 90660.

 

Can I get a copy of my invoice?

A link to your invoice is provided on the last screen of Checkout. You will also receive an order confirmation via email. You can view all your previous orders under My Print Orders by logging into app.sharpdots.com. Find your order in your My Print Orders list, click on the Order ID number, and click Show Invoice to download a PDF of your Invoice.

 

Where do I enter my coupon code?

If you have a Coupon Code you can enter it during Checkout on the Order Information screen in the Enter Coupon Code box and click Recalculate to view the total with the code.

 

How do I edit my Billing Address or Account information?

Edit your account information by logging into app.sharpdots.com and selecting My Profile or Saved Addresses under the My Account dropdown menu in the top navigation menu.

Holiday Schedule: Sharpdots will be closed on Monday, January 2, 2023.  Production will resume on Tuesday,  January 3 , 2023.
